For the next 3-4 days, our area is expecting ice. Good thing I got out and did our grocery shopping last night and gassed up the van! Thankfully, we have practically all of the Christmas shopping done, with some minor things to get. Everything we've purchased has been wrapped and is ready to go.
The weather is unfortunate for all those KC shoppers who wanted to hit the stores today. With Christmas fast approaching, it's crunch time to get everything done. This is the kind of day that people stay home and buy online. That makes me wonder... what percentage of gifts are bought online? I sure bet it's a lot. I heard on the news that a lot of men buy from eBay! Ladies, is that a good thing??? That made me think of a song that we heard on YouTube....
A great reminder that Christmas is not about the gifts and "stuff"!
