Never Too Late to Celebrate

I got behind on honoring some special days since my computer was down.  It's never too late to congratulate someone on a special occasion.  There are 4 in particular that I would like to mention.

March 2nd was my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary.  We are planning to go to my sister's house in Indiana for a family celebration in a few weeks, but I would still like to mention it again, in case it got lost in all the other information that I put out there!

HAPPY 50th Anniversary, Mom & Dad!

Friend and neighbor, Jenny, celebrated a birthday earlier this week.  We will be getting together in a few weeks, but I did manage to get a card in the mail to her. I won't embarrass her any further, I will simply say:

     HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JENNY!

Grandma Rule also reached a milestone as she celebrated her 91st birthday last week.  She came to Kansas City to celebrate.  We ate delicious lemon cake and had a great time visiting!

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GRANDMA!

And finally, to Michelle.  I really messed up there, so to you, I wrote a tribute:

I have a friend named Michelle.
We get along very well.
I'm sure you can already tell,
I think my pal is pretty swell.

There's lots of things that she can do
Like ride jet skis or JBQ,
And I must really praise her
As a successful fund-raiser!

What a Mom!  What a wife!
Her home is peaceful, not of strife;
Unless it's her night to host "Bunco",
Then you'd think she'd gone nutso.

Her other friends, like Becky or Janet
Cannot tolerate or stand it
When she dances without them near.
Watching them is something I fear!

So, Happy Birthday to my buddy
Though you may think it's a bit nutty
To send my wishes and my besta
To a gal who's from Odessa!

HAPPY (?) BIRTHDAY MICHELLE!

For everyone else out there that may have celebrated a birthday or special day... here's our best wishes and congratulations to you!   Be blessed!
